The tour starts at the company ranch with a 20-25 minutes pre-tour instruction for safety and operational details of the vehicles. After about 25minutes of driving (2kilometers before the caves) the tour has its first stop at a typical Dominican house and the local “colmado” (a small grocery store) where partecipants can taste some real Dominican coffee and cocoa and you can join local people from the countryside doing their daily shopping.
Around 20 minutes later the tour will continue off-road and you will be surrounded with simply breathtaking views. You'll travel past colorful houses and across the breathtaking landscape of banana plantations and farmland. Here the trail gets even more "rough" and "wild" and there are some spectacular views of the "cliffs" that have been formed during millions of years.
The tour continues until we arrive at the cave. First we enter the large cave (Fanstasy Cave) and walk almost to the end (about 300mtrs/900yards) through magnificent and huge illuminated stalactites and stalacmites. When we return and are almost at the beginning of the Fantasy Cave, we go up the stairs to Bedrock City! Bedrock City is another group of caves that are located above the large cave, a rare combination and therefore unique.
After around 35 minutes spent inside the cave it's already time to go back to the ranch. Here the guests will have the opportunity to buy the pictures from the excursion and other souvenirs or enjoy the bar with it's typical flavoured Dominican drinks.

Driver must be 18 years old (minimum). There is no age restrictions on being a passenger. Guests with physical limitations or just having surgery should not partecipate. This excursion is not accessible for wheelchair users and pregnant women.
In case a customer after booking a tour wants to cancel or is not more able to take part on it we will provide the full refund directly on the card used for the online reservation if the cancellation is required BY EMAIL within 24 hours before the starting of the tour.
Cancellation must be required BY EMAIL, (or by text in case) in order to have a written proof showing the exact date and time the customer asks to cancel. We will not accept cancellations by phone.
If the cancellation is required less than 24 hours before the starting of the tour due to any reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstancesm, etc) and the customer is not able to reschedule, we will keep the deposit paid in advance or the 50% of the total price if the customers has paid in full.
In case the tour itself is cancelled due to weather conditions or other not ordinary reasons, the customer can choose if reschedule the tour or receive the full refund.
This policy DOES NOT apply for large groups of 10+ people where the cancellation is required at least a week in advance to get the full refund.
